Overview
District 255 is the perfect outdoor family getaway. With 1600′ of white sandy beach, you’ll have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the water in the private swim area or visit the floating splash park. Rent a kayak, paddleboard, or canoe to explore the lake or bicycles to cruise around the resort. Stop by Spikoli’s or Barnacles Beverages for a cold drink and enjoy live entertainment at our outdoor stage every week. Grab a bite to eat at the Feed Lot or stop by the convenient store for sunscreen or other essentials. Rent a palapa or cabana for the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.
Splash Park
For the kids and kids-at-heart, you can jump, climb, and slide, the day away on our floating water park. (Currently closed due to flooding)
Splash Beach
Over 1600′ of white sandy beach with private swim area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available. (Currently closed due to flooding)
Cabanas & Palapas
Our cabana and palapa rentals offer the ultimate in comfort and relaxation by the water.

FAQs
How much does it cost to enter the District?
To enter the District there is no charge. For Splash Beach there is a $15 day pass fee.
Can I bring a cooler?
No, we do not allow coolers in the District. We have plenty of food and drink options available at the different venues.
What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
The District will remain open on most rainy days: however, in the event of severe inclement weather, such as lightning, heavy rain, or high winds, the District may need to close for the safety of our guests. Since the park remains open most rainy days, we do not offer rain checks or refunds.
Do you have changing facilities?
Changing areas are located in the District Restrooms and we also have shower facilities within the park.
Do you have a lost and found?
Our Guest Services can assist you with lost & found items.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the park. They must remain on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any owner who does not clean up after their pet may be asked to leave.
Do you have boat parking?
We do have boat parking. We also have covered boat parking available for daily rentals.
